The Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts (ASMSA), a campus of the University of Arkansas System, is a two-year residential high school for academically talented 11th and 12th grade students. ASMSA invites applications for Residential Mentor beginning August 1, 2018. This is a ten-month live in position responsible for the educational, recreational, and social programming for students. Primary duties include maintaining policies, transporting students, maintaining student safety, and other relevant duties.
A Bachelor’s degree in education or related field is required; experience in a residential environment is preferred. The position includes room year round and board when school is in session. The work schedule is varied and evening and weekend shifts are required.
